The marketing efforts have to be eyecatching and grand. We covered the stretch of the project along the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway with a billboard, lamp post bunting, and hoardings. Spreading the word about township through its customized website, press ads, and roadshows. Customized invitation cards were sent to potential buyers for visitations and for experiencing the majestic scale of the township through awe-inspiring designs in the showroom.
Using the same design concept, we extended the buyer's experience to individual handbooks for key giving as well as signages around the township.
We had designed the two books that contain the collaterals to be used as a submission for FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2014.
